Private equity funding giant Linetrust Offshore Ltd gives USD 950 million for eco-friendly project

Linetrust Offshore Pvt Ltd recently announced its decision to offer private equity fund backing of 950 million USD to Cosmos Solutions Pvt. Ltd. involved in a latest patented technology development aimed at producing renewable energy. This deal was officially announced at an event held at Port Louis, Mauritius on the 29th of August 2018.

Dr. Sailesh Lachu Hiranandani Head of Linetrust ASEAN’s private equity, well known for his spearheading efforts in supporting green energy generation confirmed this investment news. He furthermore revealed his plan to make another major investment shortly to support and encourage the Research and Development efforts of Cosmos Solutions Pvt. Ltd., aimed towards creating an eco-friendly energy source.

Nitin Gupta, patent owner of Cosmos Energy while addressing the dignitaries at the function told that his firm is all set to become a USD 240 billion worth industry in the near future and is geared to address the increasing green energy requirements effectively.

Applauding the efforts of Cosmos energy, Michael Rogers the Chairman of Linetrust Offshore Ltd functioning from Marshall Island with branches all across US, Asia, Europe and Africa told that the fund disbursals for the green project would continue at appropriate time and intervals.

In turn, Rahul Shah, the Executive Vice President of Cosmos Solutions thanked Dr.Sailesh Lachu Hiranandani for providing a considerable amount as private equity fund and told that their invention will not only create jobs but also help in lowering carbon footprints. He cited this as the main reason why their company was being approached by various governments including Zimbabwe, Malaysia, South Africa and India for setting up manufacturing units in their respective nations.

Linetrust executives, kalpesh Raygadhi and Prasanna Shah followed suite and lauded Dr.Sailesh Lachu Hiranandani for taking efforts to promote the generation of eco-friendly energy in a big way. Terrence Siambun of Malaysian Automobile Association on his part told that he would suggest to his government to support Cosmos Energy by devising a plan that includes providing land and other necessary provisions. He spelled his objective to enable the firm to set up a manufacturing unit in Malaysia and at the same time make use of the nation’s skilled labour resources.

Ms.Baleka Mbete, honourable parliament speaker of South Africa graced the occasion. While addressing the media persons and the audience, she expressed her willingness and graciousness by offering 100 acres of land in Gauteng’s Tshwane Automotive City to Cosmos Solutions in order to set up a manufacturing unit there. In addition to it she even proposed to provide tax holiday for nearly 10 years and free electricity for 5 years.

Nancie Foo and Wendy Wong, ASEAN directors for China, Korea and Asia said that Linetrust’s investment has opened up new vistas of funding options for Cosmos Energy. As a result, proposals from various quarters have been pouring since then.

Linetrust’s director Mary Mam and the executives Sandeep Pugalia, Mohit Seth, Raghav Kapoor, Mahendra joshi and Manoj Todi conveyed their sanguinity and told that they were offering their support to many enterprises that are about to play a major role in the lines of employment and development.

Renowned scientist, Dato Ramakrishna Nair one of the dignitaries who graced the occasion expressed that waste water and energy management were the key and at the same time challenging factors that has to be tackled effectively for future growth.
